  • Deep knowledge of desktop computer, laptop, server-client hardware, included low-level troubleshooting skills of hardware components: bios settings, partitioning, firmware upgrade.
  • Professional experienced in using, installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft systems: Windows 7/8/10, windows server 2003.
  • Strong practical understanding of the various LAN, WAN, routing, switching protocols.
  • Experienced in network components including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  • Experienced in managing Google Apps.
  • Good ability to work within strict deadlines and under stress.
  • Able to work both in a team and individually and willingness to learn from other IT staff members.
